Sun shines at Trinity Rooms

The Summer Vibe at Trinity Rooms remains high in the month of July as they indulge in amazing line up of musical treats and drink promotions.

First up this weekend, the skanking spectacular that is Skazz continue their July residency in the Clubhouse from 9pm with free admission. Playing classic Ska from the likes of the Specials,  King Tubby and Roots Radics. This run of nights has proved to be a real hit and early arrival in advised.

While Skazz do their live thing in the Courtyard,  Trinity’s Johnny Hammond is in the main room with a super cool collection of pop,  rn’b and dance tracks with the odd classic thrown in for good measure again admission is free.

The Cheebah,  Viva,  Nu Killa Kru,  Dubble Bass and Roots Factory Crews are joining forces for a 6 hour showcase of breaks, hip-hop, dubstep, roots, house every Friday.

The Cheebah Crew will take centre stage on Friday July 17, fresh from their storming party on the terrace at the Big Chillum in Dolans. Peter Curtin whose Friday night Block Show on Spin South West has become essential listening. Paul Tarpey and the full Cheebah Crew perform from 8pm while Bono takes control with hiphop and party grooves in the main room from 11pm. On Saturday the Live Rn’B party that is 99 Problems continue their live residency in the courtyard while Johnny plays a slinky blend of house, commercial and classics in the main room. Mac 3 is back at the helm of t2 with the latest hip hop bangers. Watch out for Declan O’Rourke who will be live on Thursday July 23.

The Miss Limerick and Miss Clare Competition takes place on Friday July 24 and The Disconauts are live on August Bank Holiday Sunday as the finale of an all day party.
