Bus Éireann has told parents whose children have not yet received their school bus passes that they will accept receipts of payment or temporary email passes, which they will send to any families whose passes have been processed since Wednesday August 20. Bus Éireann will also accept receipt of payment or email confirmation from anyone who paid before the deadline of August 1. The company is advising those with concerns or queries to contact its freephone helpline 1800 945 945 between 9am and 8pm.
