THE Alzheimer Society’s annual Tea Day takes place on Thursday May 7 to raise funds for local dementia services. Individuals, groups and businesses are urged to participate and make it the best Tea Day fundraiser ever. Tea will be served in the Augustinians and Bobby Byrnes from 10am and at the Garryowen Daycare Centre between 7 and 9pm. There will also be collections in town and in local shopping centres.
