GAA – Limerick’s Tobin suspension is upheld

Screen shot 2015-06-11 at 16.27.44THE APPEAL from Limerick’s Sean Tobin against a decision of the Central Hearings Committee (CHC) in relation to an incident in the Munster GAA Hurling Championship against Clare was heard by the CAC last evening.

“Having heard and considered all submissions and evidence on behalf of the Appellant and the Decision Maker, CAC in accordance with Riail 7.11 (o) T.O. 2015 decided that: The decision of the CHC to impose a one match suspension is upheld”

Tobin will now miss Limerick’s clash with Tipperary on Sunday June 21.
