Rugby – Ulster Bank League Fixtures announced #UBL

THE ULSTER Bank League fixtures for 2015/16 have been announced. The newly re-structured league consists of 5 divisions of ten teams playing on a home and away basis. Division 1A will kick off with two mouth-watering Friday Night Lights Dublin derby games as Old Belvedere host Terenure and UCD play last season’s beaten finalists Clontarf.

Defending champions Lansdowne will start their campaign the following day at home to Young Munster – the side they narrowly beat in the semi-final last April.

Newly promoted Galwegians are at home to Cork Con while Garryowen are back in the top flight and at home to Ballynahinch.

The league welcomes Dundalk to the ranks of Division 2C this season. The winners of last season’s Provincial Qualifying league play their first Ulster Bank League match at home to Bruff.
