GAA – Na Piarsaigh now favorites for All Ireland title

Screen shot 2015-12-01 at 16.03.05FOUR teams remain in the All-Ireland Club SHC with Munster champions, Na Piarsaigh currently the odds on favourites at 8/11 to win their first All-Ireland Club SHC title. Newly crowned Leinster Club SHC champions Oulart The Ballagh who finally ended their Leinster Club beaten finalists drought by beating Dublin champions Cuala on Sunday will now meet Na Piarsaigh in the semi-finals on February 6th.

The Wexford side are now 11/4 from 10/1 to claim their first All-Ireland Club SHC title whilst Galway’s Sarsfields are next in the betting at 4/1. Their semi-final opponents will be Antrim’s Cushendall who are the outsiders of the remaining four teams at 14/1.

Liam Glynn, BoyleSports’ spokesperson said: “Limerick’s Na Piarsaigh remain the worst result in the antepost book having been supported down from 20/1 back in October.”

He added “Having come out on the losing end in six Leinster Club SHC Finals, Oulart The Ballagh finally ended their drought and the Wexford side are now 11/4 from 10/1 to go all the way and lift the Tommy Moore Cup for the first time.”
