FORMER Limerick footballer Anthony Moran is hugely passionate about helping those in despair and struggling with feelings of hopelessness.

The Ballysteen/Askeaton man is animated and infectious company at the best of times, but never so excited as when he is explaining the findings of his latest research on how to acquire a permanent peace of mind.

A wonderful and well-loved character, Anthony is eager to talk about his “groundbreaking psychology with a different way of thinking, leading to a unique way of being in the world”.

The 57-year-old West Limerick man is currently preparing for a worldwide launch of his services on a global scale. A graduate of UCC, Anthony told the Limerick Post this week that he has a methodology that “defines consciousness and where it is going” and has acquired knowledge that ties in with all the top spiritual teachers in the world today such as Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle.

A man who has been through his own ‘dark night of the soul’, he now firmly believes his purpose lies in passing on his knowledge to those who are finding the challenges of life difficult. And, after teaming up with a strategist in the US, he has already received positive feedback Stateside with TV networks such as Fox, CNN and ABC picking up on his story.

“On the surface, the world would appear to be in shambles. Unemployment figures are at an all-time high. Poverty rates have reached new heights worldwide. Climate change is slowly destroying the planet. Terrorism runs rampant and suicide rates have skyrocketed. As a result, many people must deal daily with overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, lethargy and apathy. In the midst of all this insanity, we crave but one thing – peace of mind,” he explains.

And he claims he has found the path that leads to this most cherished of goals.

“If we are honest with ourselves, we can readily admit that there is an uneasiness in all of us. My description of it is a very subtle war going on in the inner realms of our being. This feeling has always been there – it’s just that we never stopped to investigate.

“I spent almost all my life investigating this very scenario and after many trials and tribulations, along with much soul searching, what I have to offer clients is this: ‘A permanent peace of mind is yours as I introduce you to a ground-breaking psychology with a different way of thinking, leading to a unique way of being in the world'”.

Anthony offers one-on-one consultation with clients via Skype and will soon release his new book ‘Irish Spirit Rising: The Journey’. He will also host an event at the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare on March 14 to launch his new services.
