ONE of the largest and most exciting vintage car events in Ireland will takes place on Sunday May 29 at Limerick Racecourse.

As well as hundreds of gleaming classic and modified cars and motorbikes, the Limerick Classic Car Show presents special attractions of stand out appeal.
Professional motorcycle freestyle rider Mattie Griffin will wow the crowds with his amazing stunt show. Griffin has performed at events around the world including the Goodwood Festival of Speed and he is back from performance power in Germany.
Elsewhere, a classic supercar display will include a unique gathering of high performance sportscars from Ireland and the UK. Legendary marques such as Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Lamborghini, Jaguar and Lotus will be represented.
The Mercedes Benz Club, Porsche Club Ireland, Eircooled, VAGE, Nenagh Classic Car Club, Ford Cortina Enthusiasts Ireland and many other groups will also be in attendance.
Another highlight is the large trade area, with everything from numberplates to car polish. New car displays from local main dealers, free kids play area, restaurant and other attractions mean that it’s a great day out, with something for everyone.
Limerick’s Live 95fm Radio will be broadcasting from the event and it will also be covered by IrishTV (Sky191).  Admission is only €5 for adults and children are free.
