Limerick’s third Tres Court Film Festival with Alliance Francaise will take place at Belltable on Friday June 3, 8pm with the screening of 40 international films, each of them under 3mins long.

Animation, romance, adventure, documentary, violence, drama – there is no uniting theme or message, just fine filmmaking in a challenging 180 seconds – or less.

Entries (500 filtered down by a panel) are from the world over, in every language.

It’s a fun, interactive event. An audience vote takes place simultaneously in 30 countries as ticket holders each rate their top three in real time, handing their ballot paper to AF to submit to the global count on spreadsheet.

This festival is o12s only, booking at venue manager www.limetreetheatre.ie for €10 or €8 concession.
