THE Acoustic Club continues to attract a large crowd of musicians, songwriters and fans every Tuesday to Charlie Malone’s Bar, Wolfe Tone Street. The open mic session welcomes special guest singer/ songwriter Shirley Callaghan this Tuesday August 30. From Shannon, Shirley is currently working on her first album due out in February. She recorded her first EP in 2000 featuring ‘It’s Not Enough’. Her influences range from Bob Dylan to PJ Harvey to Sinead O’Connor.
