The 19-year-old Shannon man who had been missing since he was last seen at Electric Picnic had been found safe and well.

An Garda Siochana said they would like to thank the public for their assistance.

A 19-year-old Shannon man missing since the early hours of last Monday was last seen at Electric Picnic and Gardai are seeking the assistance of the public to help trace his whereabouts.

Caeleb O’Neill, who lives in Shannon, is missing from Stradbally, County Laois since Monday September 5.

The teen was last seen at the Charlie Chaplin Campsite at Electric Picnic in Stradbally.

He was last seen, according to reports, around 9am.

Caeleb is described as being 5’10” in height, of medium build with short brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen Caeleb was wearing a black jacket, dark navy bottoms, a multi coloured t-shirt, Dunlop wellingtons and light coloured waterproofs.

Caelob’s family and Gardaí are concerned for his welfare and anyone with information is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 8674122, The Garda Confidential Line, 1800 666111 or any Garda Station.

A large social media campaign is unfolding as friends and relatives seek the help of the public.
