Christmas Classics return to the big screen at Omniplex Cinemas

Omniplex Cinemas has announced their Christmas line up in the #BringItBack series which sees all-time classics make a comeback to the big screen every Monday evening.

The festive fun begins on November 27 with the 1984 comedy fantasy Gremlins on Monday, which tells the story of  young man who receives a strange but cute little mogwai called Gizmo as a Christmas gift that comes with three conditions.  When things go wrong, Gizmo spawns other destructive little creatures and a series of events see the gremlins unleashing havoc on Christmas Eve.

Miracle on 34th Street will light up the silver screen on Monday, December 4, a Christmas classic that sees Kris Kringle put on trial to prove his authenticity following his claims to be the real Santa Claus.

Another Christmas Eve calamity ensues with action thriller Die Hard on Monday, December 11 followed by family favourite, Home Alone on December 18, when Kevin McCallister outwits two conmen to protect his family home.  Renowned crime drama Goodfellas, regarded as one of the greatest mob films of all time, makes a comeback in a special event on Wednesday, December 27, concluding the #BringItBack Christmas series.
