CHART topping, multi Brit award winning Russell Watson is forced to cancel this Friday 8’s concert in UCH due to continuing ill health. This will be a real disappointment for fans, that this first opportunity to see and hear him singing live should be torn from them.
Dublin and Belfast concert dates were cancelled well in advance last week. The strong hope was Russell would have recovered to full voice by this weekend.
Apologies from Russell’s camp, from www.uch.ie and University Concert Hall. The venue says all tickets are valid for his return date, Tuesday February 6 of 2018. A full refund is available for those who want it; get in touch with box office on 061-331549.
