A YOUTH who received a stab wound during a fray in the city centre has been released from hospital.
The incident took place just after 4pm on Saturday afternoon in the Arthur’s Quay Shopping Centre.
The victim aged 17, was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
Gardai say no arrests have been made, but they are studying CCTV footage, and “are following a definite line of inquiry”.
