Limerick County Fire Stations rewarded

MINISTER for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government; Michael Kitt, visited Rathkeale and Newcastlewest Fire Stations to present them with an award for the re-certification to ISO 9001: 2000.

This is the International Standard Of Service Delivery Certificate,  which once again our local fire stations have qualified for.

This is given to a quality management system that demonstrates it’s ability to enhance customer satisfaction, and displays processes for continual improvement of the system.

This award was presented to the station officers and crew, by the Chief Fire Officer Carmel Kirby.
