GARDAI have arrested a man after large quantities of drugs were recovered in the South side of the city.
The drugs with an estimated street value of €130,000 were discovered in a house in the Garryowen area shortly after 5pm.

The planned search operation was part of the ongoing investigation into the city’s criminal gangs by Gardai.
Roxboro Gardai are tonight questioning the 27-year-old about the find. He is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act and can be held in custody for up to 24 hours.
