Motorists warned of dangerous road conditions

MOTORISTS have been warned to take extra care after black ice led to an accident at the Dooradoyle exit to the M20 on the Limerick to Cork road.

The incident happened early Sunday morning. It is understood a woman was injured in a seven-vehicle crash at the M20 exit.

The woman was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital where her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
