Hayes and Wallace back ahead of Toulon clash

MUNSTER head coach Tony McGahan received a timely boost this week as his side prepare for their Heineken Cup battle with French side Toulon as both John Hayes and David Wallace, who both retired injured in Munster’s game with Glasgow Warriors on Saturday will return to training this week and take full part in the squad sessions.

Doug Howlett who missed that game with a calf strain is also expected to train as are Tony Buckley and Sam Tuitupou who have recovered from the illness that forced them out of the squad for the Glasgow game.
