ON February 17 last, the Limerick Post revealed that local businessman Paul Tsang, was seeking planning permission for an Italian restaurant at the former Luigi Malones on O’Connell Street, and latest indicators are that subject to planning permission, he expects to have it up and running in either late September of early October.
Mr Tsang has a number of other business interests in Limerick city, including the highly popular Jasmine Palace.
