Dooley Group auctioneers’ formal launch

BASED in smart offices at 4 Cecil Street, Limerick’s professional belt, Dooley Group Auctioneers, Valuers and Estate Agents had a formal launch on Friday 16 last. Although doors opened in July, the presence of Mayor Jim Long,  Cllr. William O’Donnell and Cllr Kevin Kiely toasted success and forward movement to Pat Dooley and clientele, surrounded by fellow auctioneers, solicitors and press.

A graduate of LIT’s Property Valuation & Management degree 10 years ago, Pat honed the trade principally with Hickey O’Donoghue and GVM, grafting a lot in the county from a Kilmallock/ Bruff base.
“By now I have at least 80 properties on my books between sales, lettings and commercial,” he tells Property page. “I get a lot of my business in from the county as I was based there for a long time and I’m a Bruff man myself. Dooley Group offers a full property management service as well, let only or management too, and we can do BER audits, the Building Energy Rating certification”.
Sales service is on a “no sale, no fee” basis which is immensely attractive to vendors.  Optional advertising costs for local media such as Limerick Post are modest.

Wife Margo Dooley and baby Katie joined Pat Dooley for his official opening of Dooley Group at Cecil Street.
