Scott returns to science fiction

PROMETHEUS, Ridley Scott’s first science fiction film in three decades, hits screens this weekend and looks destined for a long stay.
Starring are the ‘A listed Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron and Guy Pearce, and with Scott at the helm, it promises to set pulses racing.
Without the benefit of an advance screening, audiences are asked to go along to their local multiplex and reach their own conclusions.

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe.
There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race. Running time is 124 minutes.
