MORE than 100 members of the
attended The Factory Southside Youth Space for an evening of celebration as part of Traveller Pride Week.
The festivities mixed fun and entertainment with information and awareness stands aimed at all members of the Travelling Community.
The activities on offer ranged from zumba and handball to soccer and face painting with Giggles the clown particularly popular among the younger members.

Traveller Pride Week is an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of Travellers to Irish culture and society, while also raising awareness of the support services and opportunities available to the members of the Traveller Community.
