A NUMBER of cycling workshops will take place at the Ballyhoura Forest Park mountain bike trails in Ardpatrick over the course of the weekend in conjunction with National Bike Week.
Beginners spins covering cycling skills will be held on Friday at 10.30am and 2pm by Ballyhoura Outdoor Recreation LTI.
On Saturday and Sunday, there will be a free two-day workshop covering fundamental mountain biking skills; both take place from 10am to 4pm.
Participants will need their own bicycles; to register call Ballyhoura Failte on 063 91300.
