Limerick doctors protest over medical cards

A GROUP of fourteen Limerick GP’s have written to Health Minister James Reilly and local TDs protesting the removal of medical cards from vulnerable patients.

The group have accused the politicians of “vote grabbing” by giving free GP cards to young children while taking medical cards from people who need them.
