SEARCH and rescue teams have recovered the body of a female on the Clare Shore of the Shannon Estuary this Saturday.
The discovery was made as search teams were operating in the area.

The remains have been taken from the water and renoved to the Iniversity Hospital Limerick for a postmortem examination and formal identification.
Last Friday, search teams operating in the Killaloe area discovered the body of a male near the dam.
They had been searching for a male that had been seen entering the water over two weeks ago.
