AS a tribute to the late and great Robin Williams and also with the view to further raise awareness of suicide in our society, Limerick’s Omniplex cinema will be just one of the chain’s 22 theatres nationwide that will show the award winning and moving story, Good Will Hunting on Tuesday August 26 next at 6:30pm with all proceeds going to Pieta House.

The 63-year-old actor who died at his home following struggles with depression recently, gave many sterling performances on the silver screen, but his Oscar winning role alongside Matt Damon was one of his finest hours and the nationwide showing of the movie makes for a fitting tribute and awareness campaign.

Pieta house is responsible for excellent work with those considering self harm and more and this special screening will provide funds to supports its network.
