THE ENERGY hub that is Limerick Writersโ Centre is behind two coming events that are open to all interested in literary matters.
First up is the launch of Evelyn Caseyโs book of poetry, โNot My Life Story โ But the Next Best Thingโ, taking place on Sunday 31 next at 3pm in The Captainโs Room of The Hunt Museum.
Published by Revival Press, we hear that it is an exploration of her family, ranging from the birth of the authorโs great grandparents, Michael (1845) and Mary (1852) Hogan to the birth of the authorโs grandchild, Gwenevere.
โIt is a very personal homage to her people, reflected in story and poemโ.
