THE monthly series of free lunchtime concerts given on the last Friday at Granary Library will offer another concert on Friday 27 at 1pm. RTE’s Contempo Quartet are the musicians, this ensemble having taken top prize at competitions in Munich, Rome and London, and worked alongside artists such as Emma Johnson, Yuko Inoue, Hugh Tinney.
Lunch hour on March 27 brings in Cliona Doris on harp for a programme of Haydn, Deirdre McKay and Gian Carlo Menotti.
