O’MAHONY’s Booksellers is host to the many portraits created – in a first series – of the Rose of Tralee, Maria Walsh by Limerick artists. She’s pictured here with Enda Griffin from Clonlara. Another eight artist children from Our Lady Queen of Peace School had the chance to paint the (exiting) Rose in the chosen venue for all canvases, Shannon Rowing Club. It’s set to music composed by Irish World Academy’s Aine Heslin and features a choir from OLQP.
