ECCENTRIC Limerick rappers The Rubberbandits have proved their verbal prowess yet again after being honoured at the University of Limerick this Wednesday night.
The much-loved comedy duo received the distinguished auditors medal from the UL Debating Union, which bestows honorary lifetime membership status on the ‘Horse Outside’ stars.
The award, bestowed to those who have made significant contributions to debate and discourse in Irish society, has previously been awarded to the late former Taoiseach Garrett FitzGerald and Justice of the Irish Supreme Court, Susan Denham.
