LIMERICK Writersโ€™ Centre reports a double launch taking place this Thursday 3 at Broadford Community Centre, County Limerick at 8pm. Everyone is welcome to the Revival Press launch of two works, โ€˜Killing Timeโ€™ and โ€˜Getting the Nod from Himselfโ€™, each by local man Tom Moloney, of whom we hear that โ€œnothing taxes him apart from Revenueโ€.

Self described as โ€œpoet-barbarian, knocking on the gates of the canonโ€, this likeable sort has produced poetry and fiction. โ€˜Killing Timeโ€™ย  is his second collection of poems and โ€˜Getting the Nod from Himselfโ€™ is a first venture into fiction.

According to LWCโ€™s Dominic Taylor, the books are published under his Centreโ€™s Community Publishing initiative.

They will be launched tonight by Mairtรญn O Briain and Bertha McCullagh, indefatigable supporters of and leaders in literary matters in Limerick.
