THE Limerick senior hurling management team has announced Effin’s Nickie Quaid as their captain for the forth coming season. Quaid, one of the country’s top net minders will be assisted in his leadership role by vice captain Seamus Hickey of Murroe/Boher. Both Nickie and Seamus will replace Donal O’Grady and Paudie O’Brien who were Limerick senior hurling captain and vice captain for 2015.
