Slow Riot developing #musiclimerick #trophywife

LIMERICK’S Slow Riot have plied their trade in bone rattling fuzzy indie since the summer of 2013. The new single is the wonderful ‘Trophy Wife’, out now to download and on heavyweight clear 7” vinyl. The vinyl release is strictly limited to 300 copies and has  ‘Awake For Days’ on the B-side.

‘Trophy Wife’ deals with infidelity and being in a relationship with someone for all the wrong reasons. The single follows up on 2015’s well received ‘Cathedral’ EP all released on the Straight Lines Are Fine label.

This Slow Riot has developed from its early Joy Division/Interpol influences to forging its own dark dynamic pop.
