OVER 1,200 children attended the Music Generation Limerick City National School Event in the University of Limerick Arena on Monday May 16. It was Music Generation’s second National Schools Song Summit timed to coincide with and mark the end of the school year.

Music Generation is Ireland’s National Music Education Programme funded in part by U2 and The Ireland Funds. It aims to foster engagement with music for young people of all ages in all areas of Limerick city.
