MINISTER for Sport & Tourisism Patrick OโDonovan will officially launch the 2017 Season Ticket campaignย for Limerick GAA this Thursday evening in the Woodlands House Hotel Adare, at 9pm.
The 2017 season ticket, which raises funds for the development of the Limerick team, allows entry to all Limerick County Board Club games in 2017 as well as affording the option to purchase an All Ireland Senior Hurling Final Ticket (if Limerick Senior Hurling team is involved).
At a cost of โฌ100, the pass is a must for all Limerick hurling fans as this year could well be โtheโ year for Limerick. To order a ticket, call 061-335516, email [email protected] or visit limerickgaa.ie
The launch of the GAA season tickets comes after the Limerick county board unveiled the new look Limerick GAA jersey for 2017. The jersey, pictured above, was selected by fans of Limerick GAA through a social media poll. The jersey will be on view throughout the National League campaigns, as well as the championship in the summer of 2017.
Speaking of the championship, John Kielyโโs senior hurling side will face Clare on Sunday June 4 in Thurles. Should Limerick advance in that game, they will play the Munster final on July 9.
On the football front, the Limerick senior footballers, under Billy Lee, will take on Clare also on the weekend of May 27/28 in Ennis.ย The winners will play Kerry in the semi-final on June 10/11, with the 2017 Munster SFC Final on Sunday July 2.
