Man arrested over Cratloe burglaries

GARDAI in Limerick have arrested and charged a man in his late teens following two burglaries in the Cratloe area of Limerick during the early hours of last Sunday morning.

After the incident was reported to Gardaí, a search of the immediate area was conducted by members of the Armed Support Unit and Gardaí from Mayorstone Park.

A man located in the Moyross area was arrested and conveyed to Mayorstone Park Garda Station where he was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

The male has been charged and will appear before the courts at a later date.
