THE International Rugby Experience project in the heart of Limerick City has been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanรกla.
The 30,000sqft development on the junction of OโConnell Street and Cecil Street would involve the demolition of 40 and 41 OโConnell Street and pave the way for the construction of seven-storey block with a two-storey portico fronting the cityโs main thoroughfare.
Limerick TD Niall Collins posted to Twitter today saying “this is very welcome news and will hugely add to the sport and tourism offering in Limerick”.
