COLÁISTE Chiaráin students have received awards as part of the Rotary Youth Leadership competition.

Coláiste Chiaráin have a long-standing relationship with Limerick Thomond Rotary Club and a high level of success in all club run competitions. That success continued with Finnian Brady Halmschlag being presented with the Youth Leadership competition Club winner award by Youth Service Chair Stephen O’Connor.

Other students received certificates of participation in this prestigious competition. The Rotary members in attendance again commented on the high standards of the participants in this years competition and also acknowledged the schools engagement and support of the students and Limerick Thomond Rotary Club.

Finnian was one of 8 finalists selected from a pool of 3,000 applicants across the country who went on to the District Final. Well done to all who took part.
