Munster have been handed some excellent news ahead of Saturday’s Champions Cup clash with Edinburgh with the announcement that Joey Carbery and Alby Mathewson have signed new deals.

Carbery has signed a two-year extension that will see him remain at the province until June 2022, while Mathewson has extended his stay until November.

Twenty three year old Carbery has excelled since making the move from Leinster to Munster last summer.
