Ballyhoura Development CLG received news this week of the nomination for the “Ballyhoura Community Inclusion Toolkit” in the prestigious Regiostars European Awards and needs your vote.
The initiative was supported by Kilmallock District and community Council along with ACM Castleconnell and Mitchelstown Community Council.
The Ballyhoura Community Inclusion Toolkit launched in December 2018 and it’s aim is to help voluntary and community organisations attract volunteers to help assist with community work.
The project is 1 of only 4 national projects endorsed by the European Structural Funds Policy and Operations Unit.
The nomination of the Ballyhoura Development initiative is based on its relevance for groups not just in the region, but at a National and European level.
The nomination relies on public vote as well as an independent, high level jury, composed of some of Europe’s top researchers.
