Watch: Unity Gospel Choir to launch CD in aid of Pieta House

Unity Gospel Choir is set to launch a CD in aid of Pieta House.

The CD titled “Love Shine a Light” is dedicated to the memory of Brendan (Benny) McNamara and Yasmin Lee Williams who tragically lost their lives to suicide.

The CD includes a number of songs from Unity Gospel Choir as well as a song performed by 17-year-old Chloe O’Halloran.

“We recorded ‘Love Shine a Light’, and we are giving all the proceeds to Pieta House,” said Gretta McCormack-O’Shea, founder of the Unity Gospel Choir.

Gretta said the group felt it would be a good idea to help “keep the existing services going”. The Katrina and The Waves song was chosen as the group sing it every year at the ‘Darkness Into Light’ walk.
