‘LET there be light’ was the biblical exhortation from Fine Gael councillor Adam Teskey at last week’s Adare-Rathkeale District meeting of Limerick City and County Council.
The Fine Gael representative called on the council to work in conjunction with relevant partners to restore two lights at Colaiste na Trócaire in Rathkeale. He also told the council executive that he has been three years trying to get the issue resolved.
“God says let there be light. Well Adam Teskey says let there be two lights at Colaiste na Trócaire,” he declared. He was told that the public lighting section will assess the lighting levels at the school and arrange to meet him on site.
