UL Bohemian’s lead in the Energia Women’s AIL has been cut to a single point after second-placed Railway Union’s 62 point victory over Malone at the week-end.

Bohs’ home game against Galwegians was called off on Saturday due to the storm and ‘Union’s’ bonus point win now puts pressure on the UL girls to win their games in hand.

Third placed Old Belvedere had a 27-5 home victory over Suttonians and Blackrock, who are fourth in the table, had a 17-41 win away to Cooke.
