Value and variety at Croom Hearing Ear Health Care

-

ONE of the newer additions to Bridge Street in Croom, Hearing Ear Health Care, is going from strength to strength, thanks to positive reviews from satisfied customers.
Managing director Helen Shinners, who is an audiologist with over ten years experience, aims to do things a little differently.

Unlike most hearing aid providers, Hearing Ear Health Care has agency for all major manufacturers, giving patients a wider range of products to choose from.
“This means we can give customers access to the full product range of top manufacturers such as Starkey, Phonak, Oticon, Bernafon and other market leading technology.

“We then tailor the product to the patient’s exact needs. We look at their audiogram, and we look at their lifestyle and match them to the product that suits them,” says Ms Shinners.
“It’s important that patients are comfortable with their hearing aids. There is no rush and we spend as long as is needed with each patient.

“Audiology is my passion, and it comes from seeing my own parents’ experiences with hearing difficulties.”
Some devices include features such as a language translator, and fall detection alerts with GPS tracker. Prices are competitive with a 60-day money back guarantee.
Located next to Croom Post Office, with ample free parking, Hearing Ear Health Care also provides micro-suction ear wax removal, and runs a tinnitus support clinic.
They also supply ear defenders for children and adults, and ear protection for swimmers.
Multiple Covid-19 safety measures are in place including temperature checks, full PPE for staff, and sanitisation of all surfaces between patients.
