Diarmuid Mullins names Minor side to face Cork in Munster semi-final


LIMERICK Minor manager Diarmuid Mullins has named his team to play Cork in the Munster semi-final in the LIT Gaelic Grounds today at 1pm.

The winner will progress to the December 22 final against either Waterford or Tipperary with today’s game live on TG4’s YouTube channel.

Mullins has seven players who were part of his 2019 squad in his starting XV in the form of captain Adam English, vice-captain Ronan Lyons, Ethan Hurley, John Kirby, Liam Lynch, Patrick O’Donovan and Luke O’Connor.

The manager has Andrew O’Shaughnessy, Ger Barry and Tommy Quaid as coaches/selectors with Darragh Droog as S&C.

Limerick enter the game as Munster champions having won the competition last summer prior to the Senior decider with a win over Clare in Mullins’ maiden year in charge.
