Pat Ryan names Junior side for Munster Camogie Championship meeting with Kerry

LIMERICK begin their Munster championship campaign this Saturday as they take on Kerry in the preliminary round.

Pat Ryan’s side take on the Kingdom in Fedamore on Saturday night at 7pm.

It is a repeat of the 2019 Premier Junior All-Ireland final which Kerry won.

Last week, Limerick’s League campaign came to an end as they were defeated 3-12 to 1-5 by Wexford in the Division 3 semi-final.

Ryan has made a number of changes to the team to take on Kerry. Roisin Mann comes back into the team at corner back with Aoife Coughlan dropping back to full back. Niamh Tuite moves from full back to full forward with Shauna Cunningham slotting in at centre back. Ahane’s Kate Herbert is named at wing-back with Yvonne Lee dropping to the bench.

The Senior side face Clare in the Munster preliminary round on Saturday at 3.30pm in Clarina.
