HAVE you ever considered Scuba Diving but were unsure of where to begin? Or, perhaps you’ve dived abroad, and are curious as to how you might continue in Ireland?

Atlantic Dive Club is a Scuba diving club based in Limerick and Clare. They operate their own twin-engine 7m RIB and do a good deal of their diving off the Clare coast. They also make regular trips further afield to dive sites around the Irish coast.

The club will be holding a ‘Try-a-Dive’ evening in the 25m diving pool in the UL Sports Arena on Thursday, January 13th, meeting at 8pm. This is an ideal opportunity to experience Scuba for the first time, in a safe environment, under the supervision of experienced instructors. All are welcome, all equipment is provided, and no experience is necessary.

Safety is their upmost concern. An online safety brief lecture will be provided to all participants on the evening before the Try-a-Dive. Additionally, they are working with UL Sports Arena to ensure that all precautionary Covid 19 measures are in place to ensure the safety of both participants and instructors.

Should you enjoy the experience and wish to continue with them, their instructors will be giving lessons on successive Thursdays throughout January, February and March.
