ORGANISERS of the Diamond Jubilee of the Miss Ireland pageant, marking the 75^th anniversary of the event this summer, have begun the search for Miss Limerick.

The new title-holder will follow in the footsteps of reigning Miss Limerick, 19 year-old Amy Kerr from Limerick City, who represented the county last year at the Miss Ireland final and retains her title until the new Miss Limerick is crowned.

Selections will run all over the country and the winners will represent their county at the national pageant.
