Yellow weather warning in place for Limerick

MET Eíreann have issued a yellow warning for wind and rain for Tuesday 08 March in counties Limerick, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, and Sligo. 

There will be strong to near gale force winds and gusty southeast to south winds on Tuesday morning and afternoon.

The winds will be accompanied by heavy rain with hazardous driving conditions and localised flooding possible.
