Details confirmed for Munster’s URC quarter-final with Ulster

Munster will be hoping to have team captain Peter O'Mahony back in action for the trip to Belfast.

IT HAS been confirmed that the Kingspan Stadium will host the URC quarter-final clash between Munster and Ulster on Friday 3 June at 7.35pm after the interprovincial sides were paired in the knockout stages after a dramatic final day in the regular season.

The game will be live on TG4, Premier Sports and SuperSport.

Heading into the final round of games in the regular season, Munster occupied second position where a win over Leinster would have guaranteed a home path to the final.

But Munster fell to a 35-25 defeat to the Champions Cup finalists as they dropped all the way to sixth.

Ulster, meanwhile, beat the Cell C Sharks to move up two positions in the table to earn a home game with Munster.
